We sincerely hope that you are always satisfied with your purchase but we realize sometimes things don’t work out. If this occurs we ask that customers submit their request for return and we will review for consideration.
General Information
Our Tiannia Barnes customer support hours are Monday thru Friday from 9:00AM to 6:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time). Our offices are closed weekends and all recognized US holidays. Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of completed transaction and any order that falls on a weekend or holiday will be processed on the following business day. If you have any questions regarding a recent order please submit your information in the form provided and a member of our team will get back to you as soon as possible.

Returns and Exchanges
For any approved return purchased directly from our Tiannia Barnes store, each item must be returned in its original packaging with a copy of the order receipt and/or packing slip within 15 calendar days from delivery. All item(s) must be unopened, never worn and in excellent condition. Approved returns are accepted up to 7 days from the date of purchase. All packages but be delivered back to our fulfillment center using a US carrier that provides tracking.
Approved Returns
All approved returns require a Tiannia Barnes RA number (Return Authorization) on the outside of the package which will be supplied.

- Step 3: Once your approved return has been received and reviewed our customer service will issue your refund and you will be notified via email.
All sale items are final.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 5-7 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping
Customers will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
